At Levi's India Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags intact.
Initiate Request
Log into your account, visit the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a request.
Pack the Items
Securely place the unworn products in their original packaging along with all price tags, invoices, and complimentary accessories.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours for a quality check and pickup of the returned package.
Receive Refund
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
